Assistant Front Office Manager Position

Must have strong Front Desk experience managing union staff

You will assist the FOM with running the day to day operations

You will assist with scheduling, payroll, hiring, training, coaching and inspiring our team

You must be highly competent with computers and the navigating the operating systems at the front office to

oversee the reservations and manage the house count

Must be totally customer service focused and will lead the teams to demonstrate the steps of service and front desk hotel standards

You will attend hotel meetings as required and facilitate staff meetings and department meetings as required.

Experience with installing a new operation systems is needed and experience with a lobby renovation or renovations within a hotel is a plus.
