The Berkeley Hotel seeks a Sales Coordinator who is responsible for booking social events as well as providing support and assistance to the Sales Manager to reach departmental and individual booking goals. Duties will include but not be limited to managing client calls, assisting with hotel tours, functioning as point of contact for catering functions, providing inside sales support and clerical and administrative duties. We seek a candidate who is able to manage multiple projects, proficient in Microsoft Office, familiar with social media platforms, and an ability to work on other web based programs. She/he will also work with a program called Hotel Sales Pro to assist with Catering functions and client management.
