Chef for Fairfax Catering Company is currently scheduling interviews for a Banquet Chef. Job requires accepting, storing and prep of food for events between 30-500 guests. You will be trained to work carving stations( beef, ham, lamb) when needed to our guests with a smile! General cleaning practices to insure a clean, safe environment for food handling will be expected daily. 2 years minimum experience in food service is required. All candidates should have be Virginia Food Manager Certified. Shifts based on events scheduled.
